Agreement

By using CleanChat.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CleanChat.AI.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use CleanChat.AI. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Service description

CleanChat.AI provides AI-powered content moderation for Discord servers, including:

  • Automated message analysis and moderation
  • Configurable moderation levels and custom rules
  • Moderation logging with tier-based retention
  • Multi-server management (depending on subscription)
  • Knowledge Base Q&A for automatic question answering (Team and higher)

Account security

Your account is secured by a 6-word pass phrase. You are responsible for keeping it safe. We cannot recover lost pass phrases. If you lose your pass phrase, you lose access to your account and all configurations.

Pricing and billing

  • Free: $0/month - 1,000 messages, 1 server, 7-day log retention
  • Pro: $12/month - 20,000 messages, 2 servers, 30-day log retention, all moderation levels, AI training by feedback
  • Team: $29/month - 40,000 messages, 5 servers, 60-day log retention, custom rules, AI training by feedback, Knowledge Base Q&A
  • Business: $49/month - 70,000 messages, 10 servers, 90-day log retention, custom rules, AI training by feedback, Knowledge Base Q&A
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing - Unlimited messages and servers, all features, contact us for details

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD via Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel anytime via the billing portal
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law
  • For technical issues preventing service use, contact us within 7 days

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However:

  • By subscribing and using the service immediately, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period ends.
  • You acknowledge that once the digital service has been fully provided, you lose your right of withdrawal.
  • If you withdraw before the service is fully provided, you may be charged a proportional amount for the service already rendered.

Usage limits

Each plan includes monthly message limits. When reached, moderation pauses until the next billing cycle. You may upgrade anytime. Limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or billing
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the service
  • Interfere with service operation
  • Share account credentials

You must have authority to add bots to Discord servers you configure. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI moderation may produce false positives or negatives. Human oversight is recommended. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanChat.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of CleanChat.AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.

Consumer Mediation (EU)

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer and have a dispute that could not be resolved through our customer service, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
